I am reading the book it is interesting and easy to understand。 I like it and it is making me read it fast。 But I do not why it says it is based on the PMBOK standard but there are some processes in initiating chapter that does not belong to the initiating process group？！

This book got 4 stars - even though it is written is self-help format because it is a must-read for all managers or someone who wants to make a difference in the organization in which they work。 With several real-life stories applied to basic PMP concepts， it allows the novice in PMP to understand the why and how to basic PMP ideas。 This is another book that my team will be rewarded if they complete。

Of project management books for ‘unofficial’ project managers it’s good。 The language isn’t too obscure to make reading it a challenge。 It’s good foundational read to set up for deeper understanding of project management and has enough information to support some implementation immediately。
